After a combined 18 years of Military Service and seven years of Army contracting, Michael & Karina Diaz established LMS Solutions in southern California through an acquisition of a logistics firm in operational disarray, dismal customer service and financial failure. Mike and Karina’s intent was to carry over the leadership attributes and personal values adopted in the military and create a sustainable business based on iron clad values.
