Description

North American Warehousing Company (NAWC) began operating in Bedford Park, Illinois, in 1980 as a profit center of Lake River Corporation (LRC), a subsidiary of Kinark Corporation. We derived from LRC and incorporated in March 1997 as another subsidiary of Kinark Corporation. In June 2000, NAWC Holding purchased the stock of North American Warehousing Company from Kinark Corporation.
These operations, consisting of 407,356 square feet of warehousing space, are accessed by truck, rail and inter-modal trailers and ocean containers. Manufacturers, trading companies, and major distributors located worldwide are the primary users of NAWC’s 3PL and Supply Chain Services. NAWC provides dedicated storage for innumerable products and items for these customers. For those customers whose products require customized care and protection, NAWC can provide segregated storage of general commodities, consumer goods, flammable materials, food grade products, and temperature sensitive goods to protect product integrity. We also offer expertise in export container loading and trans-loading to South America, Asia, Europe, Russia and Australia.
