Warehouse / Storage Rental (month to month, no long-term contracts)
Fulifillment services (send us your inventory, we’ll ship out your orders)

Commercial Address send us your shipments or mail

I have owned another small business (wholesale – distributorship) since November 2002 and have been waiting for someone else to start this type of business (Flexible Warehouse Solutions). With a slow-down in my other business, I thought this was a perfect opportunity to start FWS. Due to our immediate success (80% capacity after only 6-months)! I feel excited about our future and relieved that I wasn’t the only one that thought this is a good idea. I have been in sales all of my working life and enjoy talking to people about their company or their needs. FWS allows me to talk and get in-depth information about why they called. In short, I’m living a dream in creating a business and watching it grow!
The first day we placed an ad in Craigslist we received 2 calls. Most of the calls start “Is what you advertise, really what you offer? Because no one else is doing it!”, It brings a smile to my face every time. I tell them we created FWS for customers just like them. We minimize a company’s need for a warehouse, fork-lift and labor, two of the largest costs for any business. Plus we reduce their commitment by only offering month to month contracts, so if it doesn’t work for them no problem! Our customers are happy and returning, did I mention we are at 80% capacity after only 6-months!
Our location is in a business park close to many residential communities. Our future locations will also be placed near residential communities with the belief that you should live near your work, further reducing the need to add more cars to the commute and emissons. So far we have had multiple clients leave their cars at home and take the bus! Live and work close to one another to keep that balance of life!
Before Linkedin was around it would take a great deal of time, energy and money to meet as many business contacts as I have through my short time on Linkedin. Also, the contacts would be just from the immediate area. Not so with Linkedin, currently I have 134 contacts (and growing) from thoughout the US and foreign countries. Plus I get to follow some of the greatest innovative business minds on the planet and network with like-minded entrepreneurs all from the comfort of my desk! Best of all, when we opened I was able to bring notice to all of my business followers of our opening, just with a click of a button. Linkedin reduces; time, money and energy!
I value the responses from my Linkedin profile, because of the individuals I have chosen to be in my group. ProFinder takes it to the next step. I feel that I can openly communicate with the people found on ProFinder because of our pre-existing connections. There is a sense that I already know them which validates the need to hire them or buy their services. ProFinder revolutionizes the way we find people to help us accomplish our goals.
