Daily Tasks and Responsibilities
1. Support and maintain the development of existing and new customers and carrier relationships
2. Support the Sales Team and other Logistics Coordinators on the Team
3. Dispatch, Book, Track and manage shipments utilizing our TMS (Freight Compass)
4. Source capacity utilizing our carrier network
5. Assist with the onboarding carrier setup process
6. Serve as an intermediary between carriers and customers to assist in the resolution of any issues
7. Perform other duties as necessary

5. Excellent systems knowledge: MS Office

8. Must be organized and detail oriented
9. Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
