• Analyze customer’s warranty and service supply chain need to develop solutions and associated scope of work documentation.
  • Understand KPI’s to develop optimum supply chain improvements.
  • Interaction with Business Unit owners to obtain information to support the design of an optimum service that supports standardized service offerings.
  • Conduct frequent meetings with customers and/or prospects to perform an analysis/evaluation.
  • Assist with SOPs for new services when applicable.
  • Assist in SOW/MSA process
  • Assist in RFP/RFQ process
  • Assist in on-boarding of new accounts or services into the organization.
  • Develop improvement recommendations and incorporate recommendations on account profitability (Gross Margin Analysis)
  • Develop improvements for customers’/prospect’s supply chain by reaching across all functions of the Flash organization to obtain support for new strategic initiatives between customer and business.
  • Update SDE section of opportunities within the Flash CRM, related Reports and Dashboards (or any future reports)
  • Assist the Operations team in implementing proper policies and procedures related to new business or services.
  • Collaborates with FGL Operations to establish performance standards and meet service goals.
  • Maintain an expert knowledge of FGL processes and supporting technology including FlashTrac.
  • Completes miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
  • Assist with project management to support implementing change management, including timelines, project plans, tasks, team responsibilities, and status reporting.
  • Project coordination, planning, and research is required to support corporate strategies, initiatives, and opportunities.


  • Using a consultative selling approach, identify client business issues, determine client desired outcomes and architect an information availability solution that utilizes all of products and services, including consulting services, software services, managed services, advanced and traditional recovery services.
  • Partner with the sales team and Flash account team to design solutions for customers service supply chain needs.
  • Manage the solutioning processes with cross-functional teams as required to envision, define, design, and monitor the implementation of complex solutions.


  • Analyzes customer processes and business requirements, make recommendations on process improvements and system utilization.
  • Requires a minimum of 5 years’ experience with a logistics company developing, designing, and managing a global supply.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain effective working relationships with all levels of an organization.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills including presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, with great attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Very strong and proven project management skills and experience around business process improvements, change management and systems improvements.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Software applications
  • Must be able to handle multiple tasks with switching and competing priorities as needed.
  • Practical knowledge of the global geography
  • Green Belt designation is preferred.
  • Ability to travel, as necessary.
