North American Warehousing Company (NAWC) began operating in Bedford Park, Illinois, in 1980 as a profit center of Lake River Corporation (LRC), a subsidiary of Kinark Corporation. We derived from LRC and incorporated in March 1997 as another subsidiary of Kinark Corporation.
